The Sutton Men in Sheds project has grown significantly over the past few years. It provides a community space for men to connect, engage in conversation, as well as create and pursue new interests. The sessions are designed to help support men’s mental health and well-being. Advice, support, and signposting facilitated by professionals are incorporated into the group sessions.

Health Coaches Group Sessions
These events are held at the Phoenix Centre in Roundshaw, with the NHS Wallington Wellbeing team reaching around 200 of the local residents, offering two group sessions with health coaches around weight management, wellbeing, healthy sleep, nutrition and much more.
A free raffle, free refreshments, health checks, stalls to offer support and advice from local charities, slimming world, Sutton HealthWatch, the DWP, local councilors, social prescribers, GPs, Sutton Primary Care Networks and many more are also on offer!
Everyone is welcome to attend and be supported to become the Healthy You that you want to be!

Male One Stop Shop is exclusively for male victims of domestic abuse and the service is delivered by Cranstoun Transform, Sutton's provider of domestic abuse services. In the UK, one in 6-7 men will be a victim of domestic abuse in their lifetime and nearly half (49%) won’t tell anyone due to the shame and stigma of being associated with abuse of this kind (compared to 19% of female victims). 11% of male victims (7.2% of women) have considered taking their life.
