Outcome - Islington Mind’s LGBTIQ+ specialist service

Outcome is a mental-health focused drop-in for LGBTQ+ people, online and in-person every Tuesday. It is home to Freedom From Fear to Love, our specialist project for LGBTQ+ people seeking asylum and refugees. 

 

As well as short-term support and signposting, we offer a variety of therapeutic social activities, such as art, creative writing, including gender-specific groups, peer support, yoga, walking, running group and more. 

 

We are based in North London but we are a pan-London service - we can support you wherever you are.

Embrace Wellness with The R.I.S.E. Community Shed and Hub!

Our esteemed partner, Age UK, invites you to join The R.I.S.E. Community Shed and Hub as part of the CDARS Health and Wellbeing program. Engage in shed-type projects, skill-sharing, and foster social connections.
